Responsible for screening telephone calls, enquiries & requests and directing calls to the concerned employee
Order and maintain relevant office supplies.
Occasional filling, bookkeeping and scheduling
Perform Reception duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner
Attending Phone calls, Greeting Visitors, Responsible for documenting the data in proper format.
Receiving and updating correspondence to the managerial level.
• Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and directing calls or handling them when appropriate.
• General office administration duties such as handling incoming mail, arranging dispatch and courier services, filing and other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
