The major objective of this assignment was to lay the foundations for starting a new company (National Power Engineering) under Shwar Group.
The company would provide innovative and unique services in the field of energy management and auditing to the local and regional market. I was responsible for due diligence of principle company, site visits, documentation, legal framework preparation (assistance), registration information, marketing and business development activities.
Key responsibilities included approaching specialized companies to carry out tender related workin association with Shwar International LLC (as local representative)

Today, Shwar International has been taken over now by the Al Jazeera Investment company. Al Jazeera is the now the holding company and Shwar International is the agency arm of Al Jazeera.

• Daily activity monitoring for the Central Stores of Reliance Infrastructure coupled with data collection of daily operating activities
• Daily activity and operations monitoring for the 7 Zonal Stores of Reliance
Infrastructure, coupled with daily operating activities data collection and
maintaining a database of the same
•MIS designing and maintenance for the Materials Management Department (including databases, designing Performance Review systems, conducting half yearly and yearly performance reviews of Zonal Store Heads)
• Assisting in the development and regular review of ISO Documentation for the Stores Department, and Process Designing for the Stores as well as Meter Testing Department
• Report(s) designing for Stores and Meter Testing Departments
• Designing of Performance Measurement and Management Systems for Zonal and Central Store reviews
•Monthly reviews of processes and performance of the various heads of both departments with the AVP of Materials Management, Mumbai
• Follow up of module / report-development between the SAP development team and Materials Management department
