Microsoft Learning Gateway 2007 Refresh
Project Overview: The Microsoft Learning Gateway is a solutions framework that helps improve education by integrating the tools you already use and putting them to work connecting people with the information and processes they need to teach and learn more effectively.
Microsoft Learning Gateway 2005 was based on SharePoint Portal Server 2003, and Class Server 4.0, as well as a host of other servers which were the latest available when MLG was developed in 2005. With the advent of the SharePoint Learning Kit (SLK) and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS), the need arose to redefine the webparts and site definitions making the best use of the new servers’ technology and the flexibility of the SLK instead as well as introducing a richer collaboration and search environment for students and teachers.The new MLG 2007 is not intended to be just migrating the current MLG 2005 components to the 2007 technology but rather it is to introduce new capabilities that enrich the education solution provided by MLG.
The solution components includes the MLG templates and webparts in addition to the deployment guide, demo VPC and workshop training materials all needed to constitute the Learning Gateway solution.
Role:
 Produce project estimates, plan, schedule and issue client proposal
 Participate in Risk identification with other Team Members.
 Participate in Analysis, design & development of requirements.
 Periodical project status reporting to the supervisors and client.
 Responsible for project tracking and control.
 Resolve any issues or problems that hinder work process.
 Document the Project Close out report in full details.

MS Learning Network Manager: Windows FLP Integration (4 months)
The purpose of this version was to extend the options available for setting up workstations by integrating “Eiger”, which is the codename of one of the new family of operating systems presented by Microsoft called the Windows Fundamentals for Legacy PCs.
Role:
 Produce project plan and schedule based on a previously accepted proposal.
 Work on gathering, analyzing and signing off requirements.
Technology: ASP.Net, C#, VB6, VBS, Active Directory, COM+, Windows Services (C#), RIS, Shell Scripting, WMI, XML and Web Services.
MS Learning Network Manager: Security Enhancements (3 months)
The purpose of this project is to apply security enhancements to the latest globalized version of LNM as recommended by Microsoft Corp.

MS Learning Network Manager: French Localization V1.2 (3 months)
This version includes adding new features to the LNM 2005 French version. These features are required by the French subsidiary to satisfy the needs of the French education market; they include centralized repository for publishing application links, Printers Management and their assignment to Labs, and teachers management of Internet access.

MS Learning Network Manager: Arabic Localization (3 months)
The objective of this project was to produce another version of LNM for Arabic speaking countries. It included globalization efforts to produce code that depends on the native language of the Windows version on which it is installed to pave the way to support other different languages.
Role:
 Handle the responsibility of the project tracking and control.

My role in the project was to:
 Enhance code and database according to measures.
 Handle the Core Team Integration.

Project Overview: The project is a business process management solution for the insurance industry designed in order to improve the performance of personal lines underwriting.
My role in this project was to:
 Customize the business process workflow engine using C# and PL/SQL.
 Perform code reviews, schedule tracking, and project tracking.
 Handle the analysis and design.
