- Send all reports to the shipping lines according to planned schedules.
- Collect entrance fees before trucks gate-in and release related receipts to customers and deliver
collections to QTI accountant by the end of each shift attached with related gate report and supported by email.
- Insure all trucks & Drivers DOCs to be valid and verify it in addition to take a copy of it for QTI archive.
- Insure that agents and/or drivers to sign QTI delivery receipt before gate-out.
- Insure collecting release DOCs from the agents before gate-in move.
- Prior gate-out he has to make sure that containers on trucks matching released DOCs such like shipping line, size, type and to be fit and PTIed in case of reefers.
