Between 2013 and 2017 I have been in charge of nearly 200 internal corporate
investigations \[from minor misdemeanours to sophisticated and serious fraud, bribery,
corruption and theft.
Initially employed as an Investigator deployed to review and assess for breaches of
company policies and illegal activities by Supreme employees. Required close liaison and
collaboration with the US Military Police, Joint Special Operations Command, the Afghan
National Police and other appropriate stakeholders.
In 2014, I was promoted to Ethics and Compliance Manager, in charge of all investigations
and the design and implementation of the SG’s Compliance Training programme. In
addition, became responsible for ensuring Seven Seas Group \[bought out by SG\] was
aligned and integrated to the existing SG Compliance Programme.
From December 2015 was the lead manager in charge of the Ethics and Compliance
Department for both Companies.

Conducted high value, complex fraud cases on behalf of UK insurance companies and Loss
Adjusters. These included: Hastings Direct, Tesco, Admiral, AXA and Direct Line.

In 2003 was one of the original 5 Police Officers who established the original Kent
Police witness Protection Unit.
* Transferring from the Kent Police in 2004 to enhance the skill set of the Northern
Ireland Major Crime Unit. Worked on a highly politically sensitive ‘cold case’, which
required developing working stratagems which remediated and resolved. This work
was referenced in national media in the UK, including the BBC.

2015 my investigation into a major fuel fraud in Somalia, where the Supreme fuel
staff were colluding with AMISON \[UN\] soldiers to steal $4.5m of fuel at the UN base
in Mogadishu.
* In Bosnia in 2011 I designed and assisted Lawyers \[on behalf of the High Judicial
and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia/Herzegovina and the British Embassy in
Sarajevo\] in the delivery of specialised training for 300 staff on the new legislation to
protect witnesses under threat.
