* Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
* Keeping the list of employee communication and contacts updated
* Answering and transferring phone calls from clients and answer their queries, handle complaint,
trouble shoot problem and provide information
* Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable
* Call persons waiting for visitor and book them a room to meet in
