and documentations required for contracts related to Marketing Department
 Organize and taking minutes for the Corporate Marketing Meeting (UP
Marketing Subsidiaries)
 Responsible for preparation, monitoring and coordination of all related
Marketing documents including related activities such as Contracts, PR,
Invoices, Cheque Payment, and correspondences/letters, some inquiries
 Liaise & Deal with the suppliers, designers and stand contractors for the
documents required
 Sending bulk emails announcement for all the upcoming events internal and
external
Operate variety of office equipment and order office supplies as needed
 Provide full administrative support and assistance to the Marketing
Department
 Perform other related duties as assigned
