-Preparing a Presentation to SeaMates that was used as a standerd template for the Middle East Region, and increasing SeaMates booking which satsfying the PPL overall (Job well done certificate received)
-Being recognized by SeaMates for the Great success regarding booking of high volume sales for various clients in short time period (Job well done certificate received)
-Secured a special equipment shipment (Flatrack containers) from USA by using SeaMates which was the first time for WSS Egypt to secure this kind of shipments.
-Secured RORO Import shipment under FOB basis by using CINKO NVOCC agent with satisfied profit of the account JAC Automotive Co.

Achivments Libra & CSAV Lines (2008-2010)

-Succeeded to establish solid and reliable service from the scratch with Egyptian customers
-Managed to rank CSAV and Libra service as one of top five carrires in the Egyptain Market for Latin America traffics.
-Managed to go thru all kinds of flactuations (Rates changes, Port of calls usual changes, T/S ports changes ) smoothly and with out lossing Business.
-Mantained utlizing the non operative reefer Export shipments to Brazil, Argantine, Uruguay inorder to achieve the maximum profit of equipment repositioning process
-Job well done received from WSS Egypt annual party for making Egypt agent is the 1st agent that’s implemented the Customer Reporting Tool system (CRT) among the other agencies in the Region.
-Successfully improved the import dry cargo from the West and East Coast of South America
-Added new import cargo segment from Latin America to Egypt (house holds)

Achievements :-
-Successfully increased the Export lifting’s for EL SOKHNA port service from 30 TEUs/vessel to 150-175TEUs/vessel.
-Strated the first Export reefer booking from El Sokhna to the Far East and maintained customer data base (Egyptian major customers) and regular reefer shipments (seasonal and Frozen Cargo)
-Changed the concept of stuffing the Rock Phosphate cargo in 20’DC to be stuffed in 40’DC-HC which satisfied the shippers and principals in Evergreen HQ as well.
-Opened new routs from EL Sokhna port to Australia and India main ports via Singapore.
-Organized the empty equipment’s distribution among the Marble clients in Alexandria port which made the top management and marble clients satisfied and assisted to increase the marble vol. from 100x2’dc to 200x2’dc ./vessel Alexandria//China.
-Improved export shipments from Port Said to India used the world alliance service ISE service by securing clover seeds shipments
-Comply with company's instructions and rules.
-Arrange the visit plan with the export executives on weekly basis.
-Submit the weekly report to the commercial manager.

-Supervising all tasks handled by executives (Import &Export Documentation & EC Manager & T/S).
-Handling all inquiries with line/agents relating to the All Departments.

-Assist in the development and regular review of job descriptions for staff working in the Customer Service Unit.
-Identify and report to management human resource requirements in terms of new staff, training and education, work tools and work environment to ensure effective and efficient use of human resources in the Customer Service Unit.
-Assist in establishing measurable targets for the unit staff to ensure the achievement of the division’s objectives within the strategies and budget set for the division.
-Participate in the evaluation and appraisal of unit employees’ performance as required by management and provide recommendations based on the appraisal activity.
