Achievement:
I did one of the most important projects for Gentec by delivered two OB van for Saudi TV for the first time in the region and middle east by doing this kind of projects in the local market. this is exception project in the history of Saudi TV as all the previous OB was doing outside in Europe. It was amazing to doing same quality with reducing the cost with 50%. I am proud for that.
Saudi Broadcasting Corporation one of the biggest TV & Radio station in the region of middle east, with 11 channels have a huge budget for ongoing projects and tenders.

- Tender of " Esmaa we Shahed" the Saudi Broadcasting OTT platform”.
- Tender of Video Wall for Ekhbaria Channel ".
- Tender of Maintenance and Operation for the Riyadh Digital Archive Center.
- Tender of Maintenance and Operation for SBC Network.
- Tender for Design, supply, install, testing and commissioning of (2) complete digital (HD) virtual television studio for CH2 and EKHBARIA
- Tender for supply, install MAM system with integration between all the channels and archive system.
Responsibilities: -
• directly report to head Director of the technical affairs department in SBA.
• Have a responsibility to develop and study the projects and work flow in all the TV channels in order to achieve the best attitude from all the projects done.
• Have responsibility for subtract new tenders directly from my department.
• Working in parallel with SBC Projects Department to achieve the best solution for any new tender.
• To ensure projects standards (documentation, risk/dependency management, reporting, and governance) to meet the needs of SBC.
• Responsible for the day to day management of the projects team, ensuring that the team is working as effectively as possible. To act as a first point of contact for problems, obstacles and opportunities on a project.
• Ensure projects are in line with Vision goals and objectives through effective collaboration with delivery team, product owners and other senior stakeholders.
• Develop and manage projects plan. Conduct and manage effective requirements gathering and produce projects estimates for cost, duration and resourcing to ensure delivery on time, to budget in agreement with projects stakeholder’s expectation.
• Take lead responsibility to ensure technical and production safety in all aspects of set design, manufacturing and staging, exhibits, media and production and event delivery.
• Design Audio Visual System from both technical specifications and project briefs.
• Production of system schematic diagrams in AutoCAD, cabling spreadsheets, and room layouts.
• Provide technical support for operation and development work flow for all the channels.
As a part time i have my responsibility for the company as :-
- Responsible for proactively and aggressively growing both existing and new business relationships within the territory
- Developing strategic relationships with key accounts and channel partners
- Identifying and securing trading partners
- Liase between engineering and marketing groups
- Negotiating favorable contracts according to local requirements
- Maintaining an awareness of the competition and local economic conditions in order to facilitate appropriate pricing of products and services
- Introducing new products and expanding market reach
- Completing market research to provide input for direction and development of new products
- Developing sales volumes by establishing a sales policy, managing, monitoring and appraising possible distributors for maximum market penetration
- Establishing sales objectives based on market size and potential

- Preparing and conducting technical presentations and demonstrations for customers, conferences and tradeshows

Forming part of a core team responsible for Studio and On Air programs, virtual studio setup, take Responsibility for the day to day support of the broadcast systems within the facility, supporting the Broadcast Hardware Environment and Software Systems to ensure the successful smooth running of the Channel. Acting as the 1st and 2nd line support for all aspects of Broadcast in a 24-hour operation, have previous experience of working within a fast paced environment as part of a team, with the ability to efficiently overcome any issues to ensure the channel remains on air.
Responsibilities: -
• Ensure all documentation and configurations are kept up to date.
• To monitor the environment to ensure the systems is operating to its optimal configuration.
• Assist with support for, MCR, Ingest, Servers, FCP Edit suites, library and Transmission when needed.
• Maintaining specialist equipment for video production, broadcast and satellite transmission, and interactive media.
• Setting up and monitoring audiovisual links between units in different locations.
• installing and testing new facilities and equipment
• Setting up and operating editing facilities in post-production suites.
• analyzing and rectifying technical faults on equipment and systems;
• minimizing loss of service at times of equipment failure by rapidly identifying and implementing alternative methods of service provision;

Responsibilities: -
• To have automated/intelligent backup systems that ensures transmission & broadcasting continuity in case of any failure that encounters the broadcasting chain.
• To improve on air problem resolution time.
• Provide outbound & inbound transmission services & support intake of remote transmissions.
• Closely monitor all on air channels for infections, problems & troubleshoot problems if any, inform & help to resolution.
• Effectively receive & record live interviews & programs by tuning the antenna & receiver in coordination with the transmission.
