1- Responsible for extension project of human (liquid and semi-solid) by reviewing the
design of clean rooms, HVAC, utilities, BMS, electrical work, mechanical work and lead
the manufacturing team to issue the URS of production equipment to assure the full
automation of the production lines.
2- Responsible of automation system upgrading and
modification needed.
3- Responsible of process evaluation of new and standing equipment.
4- Responsible for maintaining and repairing plant equipment, tools and
systems.
5- Responsible for the procurement of spare parts for existing equipment and manage
the stock level of equipment spare parts.
6- Responsible of utility areas operation and maintenance
(water stations, compressors and HVAC).
7- Responsible of all the site facilities.
8- Responsible for all production machines maintenance.
1- Responsible of automation system upgrading and modification.
2- Responsible of new equipment automation evaluation.
3- Responsible of process evaluation of new and standing equipment.
4- Responsible for maintaining and repairing plant equipment, tools and systems.
5- Follow up the plant calibration and validation activities.
6- Conduct periodic and preventive maintenance checks, plan equipment upgrades
and machinery modifications.
7- Identify faults, investigate equipment breakdowns and monitor the performance
of equipment after repairs have been carried out.
8- Responsible for the procurement of spare parts for existing equipment and
monitor / manage the stock level of equipment spare parts.
9- Support utility areas (water stations, boilers, compressors and HVAC) in
automation and instrumentation troubleshooting in additional to the
major responsibility of the production area.
1- leading the electriticians to decrease the down time of the production line and packaging line.
2- responsible for all electrical activities including electronics and control system troubleshooting and power system maintenance and instaling.
3- responsible for the electrical troubleshooting and operating in the utility area (boilers, generators and compressors)
