bottlenecks vs forecast and develop effective mitigation plans.

• Prepare IBP / KPI reports and communicate performance to the business / stakeholders
• Identify and engage appropriate level of cross functional representatives forming a team to deliver the project brief; ensure resource issues are resolved.
• Manage project meetings and other methods of communication demonstrating strong meetings management and facilitation skills and championing quality outputs at all times.
• Facilitate the definition of project scopes, goals, tasks and resource (people and cost) requirements.
• Deliver the agreed projects in full accordance to the I2M process.
• Coordinate and distribute project brief to pass validation gates (PAM/MOR).
• Lead communication on all project matters, clarifying scope, timelines, issues, risks and decisions required.
• Maintain project timeline, documentation & reporting to communicate clear status of projects, key timings, issues and risks.
• Ensure that suitable risk assessment and contingency planning takes place, is communicated and agreed upon by all stakeholders.
• Ensure that the contingency plan is acted upon if necessary to keep the project on track, accelerate or stop the project if the business need exists.
• Ensure that project scopes and timing take into consideration minimizing waste (raw, pack write-offs) and unwanted complexity (utilizing existing asset platforms, SKU proliferation) to the business system.
• Ensure full Supply Chain visibility through the I2M Process and work within guidelines of best practise project management process using available tools including My Project and I2M.
• Initiate the finished goods Master data setup and communicate completed information to all stakeholders so all systems can be properly set up to produce, ship, sell and invoice our products.
• Manage the traded unit (non-regulated) graphic process ensuring compliance with all Kraft policies and communicate completed information to all stakeholders.
- Work closely with demand planners, manufacturing team and distribution organizations to ensure
execution of the daily production plan in line with Supply Chain measures.
- Maintain excellent communication channels between production & commercial team.
- Enhance serves level, Control KPI’s and inventory management levels.
- Provide management reports on a monthly basis with actual and projected supply issues with NR losses.
- Measuring and driving continual supply network improvement by applying operating strategy.
- Manage day-to-day activities of process including leading resolution of conflicts and supply shortages.
- Ensure process adherence and use of the best practices by executing the documented standard work
processes and staying in touch with business partners on a daily basis.
Supply & Demand planner duties:

- Define with master planning scheduling (MPS) and market supply logistics (MSL) the key priorities and parameters for production planning.
- Define planning parameters taking into consideration relevant procurement feasibility.
- Follow up with 3rd party vendors to ensure that production is being carried out as per strategic plan and resolve any related problems and issues.
- Work closely with Weighing team & Supply Planners (procurement department) and arrange supply of raw materials to 3rd party vendors warehouses which are needed for production plan.
- Daily communication with 3rd party vendors regarding issues including facility capacity, material shortages or quality problems that might affect production output to be behind target plan.
- Managing and communicating product shortages to our Customer Service and Brand teams.
- Generates management reports for decision and planning purposes.
- Responsible for the run out & run in projects between 3rd party vendors & In House production, including: (Raw materials allocation, Run out & Run out plan, Safety stocks, ramp up plan according supply material, Contract, Documentation & MOH registrations).
Supply Projects Coordinator duties:

- Leads cross-functional teams chartered to perform Managing Regional Projects:
• Planning of projects with different teams local & regional.
• Monitoring the critical time lines.
• Follow-up on tasks.
• Arranging workshops & meeting.
• Reviewing Documents.
• Identifying change on current flow.
• Change Management.
- Project Management & Develop project plans by coordinate projects plus communicate changes and progress to complete projects on time and within target budget.
Supply & Production planner:

Leading & coaching junior planners and report KPIs for them out of seniority level to Section head level.
Analyze, formulate and co-ordinate a manufacturing requirement plan based on market & customer’s firm and forecasted orders by evaluating all factors involved, and update MRP system.
Monitoring production capacity & material availability for achieving the requested production plans in line with maintaining labor smoothness.
Daily communication with production (segment planner) regarding issues including facility capacity, material shortages & quality problems that might cause supply stoppage.
Daily Communication with customers to develop a healthy customer relationship focusing on customer satisfaction concept, and offering all possible solutions in case of any supply problem.
Weekly monitor for stock policy within finished goods warehouse, to ensure maintaining the flexibility rules required by each customer for reacting to their requirements fluctuations.
Communicate weekly dispatches plan based on customer weekly demands to the consolidated warehouses across UK, Valencia & Slovakia (3PL) to proceed with delivery to our Customer sites as per agreed lead time.
Monitoring liabilities come out of fluctuations reflected in customer demands suddenly with Supply & Production teams.
Assist & support engineering team in solving any problem related to supply process.
Product change management Coordinator:

Communicate new launches with team & customer and ensure that they are fully aware about our supply process (lead time for; raw martial, production process & shipping process) and sign logistics agreement accordingly.
Organize and attend regular review meetings to co-ordinate with Egypt & UK engineering teams and address any necessary actions to meet timing plan for each project and BOM creation & validation.
Daily communication with supply planners & suppliers to ensure on time deliveries for material required especially unique material & ensures that our suppliers received MRP orders correctly & automatically for all new projects.
Co-ordinate smooth launching ramp up plan (SOP) for all new projects with production team and ensure that we have all required facilities and enough labors which allow us to fulfill customer demands.
Provide information, reports and recommendations to management team regarding new projects & performance deviations and develop action plans.
Sustain good relationship with customers and ensure effective communication between UK and Egypt project teams until we reach customer SOP.
- Receive applications from branches.
- Ensure that all applications are fully complied .
- Create L/C according to NSGB & UCP600 terms and conditions.
- Handle any amendments come on L/Cs.
- Handle receiving & examining of docs under L/Cs.
- Create swift of payment terms and conditions.
