- Lead the identification and tracking of new business and project opportunities across infrastructure, marine, oil & gas and other sectors relevant to the Company.
- Conduct market research and opportunity analysis, including client profiles, competitor benchmarking, project pipelines and sector trends.
- Lead the preparation of projects Expression of Interests (EOIs) and prequalification documents in collaboration with the teams.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Legal, Finance, Engineering, HSE, Quality..etc) to gather necessary data and ensure compliance with pre-bid requirements.
- Maintain and update a centralized pipeline and CRM system for business development activities, accurate status tracking, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential partners, clients, consultants to support future project collaboration.
- Support the evaluation and onboarding of potential JV or consortium partners during bidding stages.
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and executive summaries to support internal decision making and management approvals.
- Ensure that all business development documentation, records, and communications are organized, archived and accessible according to internal standards.
- Participate in relevant industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to represent the Company and gather intelligence.

Manage the preparation of bids according to the conditions and requirements
▪ Discuss the final prices of BOQ with the Chairman and Director prior submission.
▪ Responsible of signing all bid documents prepared for submission (BOQ, administrative and technical package).
▪Communication and negotiation with ministries, municipalities, UNDP and UNRWA
▪ Site visits and preparation of related reports during tendering phase.
▪ Negotiate with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of material.

Dealing with all the purchasing orders and discussing the technical specifications of the material and compare it to the project specs.
Coordinating with the various project managers in order to push suppliers to deliver on time.
Conducting site meetings with the consultants and suppliers to solve technical issues.
Cost control and assuring that goods are within budget as per BOQ.
