Planning and scheduling for following services provided by central workshop based on the priority, criticality and economically.
• Scaffolding
• Welding & fabrication
• Mobile/heavy lifting equipment

• Rubber lining, brick lining, FRP works

• Calibration services of all instruments & overhauling of the control valves

Monitoring the planned/scheduled jobs and tracing the status of the work orders.
Controlling of the materials and spares for the jobs in scope of the central workshop.
Used Oracle EAM and MS projects for planning & scheduling.
Maintaining the maintenance KPIs and controlling the budget through monitoring of the resources like manpower of the contactors, spare parts and inventory material used for maintenance and controlling the use of the mobile equipment.
Planning and budgeting for maintenance, raw materials, importing & stocking (min QTY) using SAP.
Planning for the monthly and annual maintenance of industrial machines including electrical machines such as motors, switch gears, transformers, in SAP.
Preventive and corrective maintenance of all electrical machines and scheduled calibration of instrument items such as pressure gauges, control valves, level gauges etc. using SAP.
Worked in maintenance planning department of the production plant. This includes the following
• Planning for spare parts and tools for maintenance jobs.
• Planning of daily and weekly maintenance for the machines and other technical objects.
• Planning of re-calibration of the instruments, gauges etc...
• Planning of installations, QC, trial run and handing over.
• Coordination with maintenance departments for the job requirement. After understanding the job, planning for manpower, material and contract requirements.
• Preparing schedule for completion of the jobs by past experience on similar jobs.
• Tracking of progress of various jobs and bringing to notice of the concerned in case of delay or deviation from schedule.
• Overseeing notifications are converted to work orders in SAP system.
• Obtaining deferrals in case of non compliance of the job as per scheduled preventive maintenance schedule.
• Arranging for scaffolding contractor and cranes in case of jobs being carried out at height.
• Coordinating with all departments for combining jobs wherever possible to bring various jobs under one schedule.
• To decide if the job can be done in-house or to be contracted.
• To arrange for manpower and tools for emergency work requirement.
• Preparing reports of pending and completed work orders with reasons for delay and contributing towards KPI targets of maintenance department.
