- Managing complete Operational Activities including MEP & Civil Maintenance, LPG Services, Firefighting and Fire Alarm Systems, Elevators and Escalators, Soft services, Grease Trap Services, Waste Management Services, Landscaping Services, Pest Control Services, Security and Valet Parking Services, Third Party Inspections.
- Maintain profitable relations with the tenants and monitoring of their contractual terms.

- Financially Managing the Operations with less possible expenses.
- Designing and management of Annual Budget for Operations.
- Designed and Implemented Operational Manual for Marina Health and Safety as per OSHAD standards (Occupational Health and Safety Abu Dhabi).
- Arrangement and Coordination with ADCD, MCCAD and OSHAD for audits and related inspections.

•Maintaining KPI's and SLA's as per client requirements

Managing Manpower:- I was managing my technicians according to the scheduled jobs and maintenance plans.

Maintenance Plans & Schedules: - It was my responsibility to design the maintenance plans for the whole factory including LV room, generators, electrical panels, motors & ups.

Troubleshooting & Fault Diagnose: - During the production, if any fault occurs it was my responsibility to resolve it along with my technicians. I guide them from where and how to proceed the working according to the electrical drawings.

Generators: - The maintenance and overhauling of 255KVA and 1000KVA generator sets of CAT were also under my obligation.

Hands on Experience: - In this facility I installed a project regarding automation of lamination machine cutter, in which the installation, designing and fabrication of electrical power panels and controlling was done by me.

Load Distribution and Generators: - In the absence of electricity the changeover to Standby Generators from LT Rooms was under my responsibility according to the load handling capacity of generators, service and overhauling of generators.

Erection and Commissioning: - According to the maintenance schedule & maintenance plans for our lamination presses, I participated in erection and commissioning of new controlling systems on those lamination presses along with the designing of new controlling panels.

Troubleshooting and Fault Diagnose: - During production, I was also responsible for troubleshooting of lamination presses with my technical team according to the concerned drawings.
