Identify and implement the annual objectives for the instructional and
extracurricular programs of the school.
Establish the annual master schedule for instructional programs, ensuring
sequential learning experiences for students consistent with the school's
philosophy, mission statement and instructional goals.
Ensure that instructional objectives for a given subject and/or classroom
are developed, and involves the faculty and others in the development of
specific curriculum objectives to meet the needs of the school program.
Supervise the instructional programs of the school, evaluating lesson plans
and observing classes (teaching, as per need) on a regular basis to
encourage the use of a variety of instructional strategies and materials
consistent with research on learning and student development.
Establish procedures for evaluation and selection of instructional materials
and equipment, approving all recommendations.
Research and collect data regarding the needs of students, and other
pertinent information.
Evaluate student progress in the instructional program by means that
include the maintaining of up-to-date student data.
Provide quarterly student grade and behaviour reports of students to
parents.
Liaise with school academic team in response to School Evaluation Unit (SEU) recommendations

Successfuly Completed CIPSIE securing 75% Marks. the topic of my research paper was "How Motivation effects learning in an ICT classroom."
