• Responsible for leading & managing the sales activities of power & electronics products, computing technologies and IT solution through a dedicated sales team with Research and Development organizations, OEMs to Industrial, Defence, Telecom & IT sectors, Textile Industry, Government & Semi Government Institutions, Education Sector, SME and high end individuals
• Develop and executive sales targets, recovery plan and coordinate, motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve, exceed revenue, market share and ensure achievement on monthly and annual sales goals
• Maintain strong relationships with major key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realized
• Follow up on weekly sales reports from all professional sales team members and monitor all outstanding balances on all department accounts and follow up with all professional sales team members in a timely fashion
• Stock management, execute promotion, preparation of market reports, submission of all sales planning tools i.e. - Call reports, Tour Plans, Sales & Product forecasting and provide timely feedback to senior management regarding market performance
• Train, develop and coach team. Follow up on achievements of the team and properly recognize the success of team members
• Work closely with procurement, product management and customer services departments to ensure effective and timely delivery of goods and services to the customers
• Primarily responsible for sales and business development of cutting edge technology such as a single source of branded electronic, electromechanical, power and communication technology related components and products
• Key account management and establish effective business & strong lasting customer relationship with major key customers in the region
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend solution and services based on their requirement with the coordination of Pre-sale department
• Achieve monthly & annually assigned targets and assist team members in achieving their targets and maintain good staff relations through effective communication, leadership, discipline and motivation
• Train, supervise and assist sales team to penetrate new accounts and maintaining strong customer relationships, negotiating and closing deals
• Coordinate among the other divisions like the technical division and the Logistics crew in helping to complete the sales cycle
• Meet and deliver sales presentations to major key customers and maximize every sales opportunity by promoting the highest standards of customer care and recognize potential and business opportunities
• Responsible for marketing & sales of industrial electrical & electronics products towards Europe and Asia
• Performed market research and analysis to identify trends and find new revenue sectors to meet sales targets
• Ensure achievement of assigned and planned sales volumes

• Responsible for marketing and selling of high speed Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) to corporate clients in Faisalabad region
