As a part of Infra support team, I am involved in supporting various banking applications running on Weblogic 12c/11g and JBOSS EAP 7.
• Installation, deployment, configuration, start/stop of services, troubleshooting support to Weblogic, Retail Banking application (Flexcube), OBIEE 11g, Apache, Cortex/IST card management system, Global Transaction Banking Application, Financial Crime and Compliance Management system.
• Configured External LDAP ( Active Directory) for OBIEE application for report access.
• Deployment of reports, catalogs, scheduling of reports, datasource creation through OBIEE analytics console, role creation and mapping through Enterprise Manager.
• Regular data purging for SCHEDULER table of OBIEE PLATFORM schema.
• JBOSS EAP domain configuration with horizontal clustering.
• Configured JBOSS as service on Linux system for auto start after host reboot.
• Used Jboss CLI (Command Line Interface) for various configurations.
• Used Jboss Vault feature to encrypt the password for database schema used for JBDC connection.
• Deployment of new version of application, fixes provided by application team and vendor in Test, UAT, Pre-production and Production environments.
• Implemented wallet for encrypted password file to be used by JDBC connection pool in Weblogic.
• Prepared action plan and successfully migrated the applications from Solaris SPARC machines to Oracle Supercluster M7 machine.
• Used IP Security and IB (Infiniband) connectivity features of Oracle SuperCluster M7 machine for extremely fast JDBC Datasource connections.
• Built the Disaster Recovery (DR) environment and got involved in DR drill activities.
• Worked with F5 Load balancer team to setup the high availability configuration for Weblogic clustered environment running banking applications.
• Applied latest PSU ( Patch set Updates) for Weblogic through Smart Update and opatch utility.
• Created crontab jobs for log file housekeeping in Production env.
• Oracle EM 12c/13c for monitoring of Weblogic domains in various environments.
• Working closely with other infrastructure and vendor teams to resolve environment issues including stability and performance issues.
• Ensuring optimum performance and stability of the applications, including providing workarounds and identifying areas for improvement or solutions to permanently address the issue.
• Coordinating with Global Oracle Support team for Weblogic/OBIEE issues.
• Weekend, late night and after business hours support for urgent and critical issues and for bulk production deployment, environment migration and upgrade.

Provisioning and Maintenance of client environment which has various Fusion Middleware Technologies like WebCenter Suite, SOA Suite, Enterprise Content Management, and Identity Management 11g.
