• Leading a group of document controllers and records clerk working as a dedicated team for EPC & MEP, detail
engineering and construction engineering project or several projects. Ensured implementation of engineering
procedures related to document control of a dedicated team. Ensured proper receiving and registration of Client
provided document, including in-house generated document.
• Controlled issuance of document numbers, including maintenance of proper document registers. Responsible of
monitoring document inter-discipline check in collaboration with the Project Managers. Reviewing completeness of
documentation and accuracy of document transmittals. Ensured quality of document reproduction, scanning,
microfilming and distribution in accordance to Project requirement. Preparing and maintaining as-built drawings
detail/construction engineering project, either for in-house use or for onward transmittal to Client during project
closeout. Ensuring proper document classification, sorting, filing and proper archiving.
• Performing document quality check in accordance to Company engineering document control procedures.
Performing file backup to ensure proper storage and archiving of electronic registers. Performing proper disposal of
obsolete documents during project closeout in accordance to engineering procedures and/or project requirement.
And Preparing engineering project reports, as may be required.
