 Submittens daily Breakage report
 Attending kitchen briefing
 Checking all Log books
 Hand over to Asst Chief stewards
 Checking Grooming standards
 Checking the Personal Hygiene
 To make sure all stewarding employees have good hygiene practices
 To make sure all jobs over done as per our SOP standard
 Giving orientation to all new comers
 Handling all kitchen cleaning check list (daily cleaning, deep cleaning and monthly cleaning check list).
 Making FBM order for all general cleaning items
 Co-ordinating with Ecolab technician for any default in dish washing machine
To making inventory and arranging the store properly.
I have made some (60) SOPs for my Department and updated and customized the
other SOPs to my current sops.
