* Ensure all Maintenance activities are undertaken within the Engineering dept. are in accordance with statutory,
regulatory requirements, company standards and Engineering standards and procedures.
 Conduct frequent Audit on the Facilities to measure the Compliance with the Maintenance Plans and SOPs, and to
ensure that all Operation and maintenance activities are performed according to the standards and
manufacturer’s recommendations.
 Develop, evaluate and approve all maintenance Plans, Activities and Processes, and ensuring implementation of all
maintenance activities.
 Managing and Improving the Dept. Key Performance Indicators, Managing the dept. Corrective Action Plans.
 Plan, manage and deliver the annual budget CAPEX and OPEX to meet the business objectives.
 Quality Management for the Company Facilities (Water Plants, Refrigeration Plants, Electrical distribution and
Generation Plants, Steam Generation Plant, Compressed Air Plants, Waste Water Systems, Firefighting and Fire
Alarm systems, Company Building and Facilities).
 Ensuring capacity and availability for all Facilities to meet the customer and the business demands.
 Develop the teamwork and improve their performance through coaching, motivation and recognize good
performance.
 Projects Management and planning to deliver optimum return on investment (ROI).
 Develop a Contingency Plan and Ensure all emergency procedures are developed for all resources.
 Manage and measure the Equipment Efficiency and performance, Costs, Safety, Downtime, Inventory and Work
order management.
 Preparing and presenting monthly reports for the technical and the managerial KPIs and doing the required
analysis and the Corrective Action Plans.

Plant Utilities Manager

My responsibilities:
1- Make the PM Plan and provide the required Updating, and ensure to implement all Periodic and Preventive Maintenance for all Refrigeration and HVAC Equipment.
2- Make the Dept. Development Plan and ensure to implement it.
3- Make a plan for the Dept. requirement (Materials, Manpower, Tools, and Fixed Assets).
4- Manage the Customer Complains and provide permanent solutions for all complains.
5- Supervise the new projects/Modifications for the Refrigeration and HVAC Plant.
6- Provide the work plan for the Refrigeration and HVAC Team to provide a good operation for all the Equipment to satisfy the customer (Production Plant).
7- Supervise the Refrigeration and HVAC Team and the Equipment Operation like:
- The R22 Refrigeration Plant with Low and High Stage Screw Compressors.
- The Gyro Freezers (Spiral Freezers) and the Plate Freezers.
- The Water Glycol System.
- The Chilled Water System.
- The Cold Stores.
- The Defrosting Rooms.
- The Air Coolers for Production Areas and the Ice Machines.
- The ventilation system (Fresh Air Supply and Exhaust Systems).
- The Dehumidifiers.

Operation and Maintenance for the Refrigeration Equipment like:
- The Ammonia Refrigeration Plant with Low and High Stage Screw Compressors.
- The Gyro Freezers (Spiral Freezers) and the Plate Freezers.
- The Chilled Water System.
- The Cold Stores.
- The Air Coolers for Production Areas and the Ice Machines.

Refrigeration Engineer

My responsibilities are:
Make tests to the Performance of the Compressors.
Make analyses for Compressors problems & make analysis for customer's returns.
Make maintenance to Refrigeration and A/C Units.
