Assistant site engineer and fully responsible for documentation works
Mechanical department site coordination among different departments (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical) and subcontractors.
Prepare site for inspection with site engineers, supervisors and foremen. Prepare request for inspections (RFI) and initial acceptance inspections (IAI) execute with site engineers.
Support and coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to solve design and other technical problems.
Substitute site engineers in case of vacation and leaves.
Prepare progress and inspection reports.
Contact and organize material supply companies and prepare material supply as per project specification and BOQ.
Follow materials and equipments supply of Mech. Dep. to ensure the purchase and supply requirement is satisfactory.
Follow and execute site related cases like different permissions, test/inspection/calibration certificates with different Royal Commission departments and other companies
Prepare and submit PEL -Preliminary Equipment & Material List, MEL -Master Equipment & Material Lists, RSPL -Recommended Spare Parts Lists and RTC—Record Transfer of Custody for HVAC and Chilled Water System, Fire Fighting System and Plumbing and Fixture Systems (for domestic water, condensate drain, storm drain & sanitary sewer) both for internal and external site work.
Prepare Operation and Maintenance Manuals (both systems within the buildings and external
site works) for:
1. HVAC and Chilled Water Piping System that includes FCU-Fan Coil Units, AHU-Air Handling Units, Split A/C Units, Chillers, Chilled Water pumps, Chilled Water Piping and Chilled Water Chambers etc (systems within the buildings & site or external works)
2. Fire Fighting System (Wet Sprinkler System -Including Fire Pumps, Flow Control Valves, Fire Alarm Check Valves, Fire Hydrants and valve chambers etc (systems within the buildings & site or external works)
3. Plumbing & Fixtures for Potable Water (hot & cold) -that includes water meter and valve chambers etc (systems within the buildings & site or external works)
4. Plumbing & Fixtures for Storm Drain, Condensate Drain and Sanitary Sewer that includes catch basins, drains, manholes etc (systems within the buildings & site or external works)
5. Irrigation Water & Landscaping System for external works only & includes, water meters, valve chambers and flow control modules et

Supervise and Execute installations and maintenance projects by follow-upon on daily bases quality work is done according to design drawing etc and prepare progress report
Handling expansion or modification projects with contractors, subcontractors etc
Ensure quality work is done by contractors according to Standard Drawings
Manage EMAAR Data Center and all its related server rooms in different locations
Prepare or modify AutoCAD drawings according to project requirements
Contact bidding companies, specify work requirements for bidders, receive quotations, and execute the work with the winner company up to commissioning or handover.
Ensure continuity and safety of IT corporate services by daily checking and maintaining the main and standby power supply systems, refrigeration and air conditioning systems, fire fighting systems, leak detection systems, and security and access control systems.
Prepare detailed operation and maintenance documents / manuals for EMAAR data center, major systems and major equipments.
IT related network powering or stand-by power supply system installation, Maintenance and Operation including Generators, Transformers, UPS, ATS, Switches, and Rectifiers
Receive vehicles, building and construction equipments from drivers or operators. Prepare job order as per drive test / operation test and user complains for technicians.
Manage maintenance and repair workshop used to maintain cars, trucks, and building and construction equipments.
Assure quality work is done as per job order and release the vehicle or equipment for operation
As Planning Technician:
Plan and organize the work for production, new tests or modifications projects according to company's enhancement requirements.
As Technologist:
Design a product or a spare part with complete design drawings;
Identify type and quality of basic material and prepare production sequence of each part whether lathe machining, gig boring, gear hobbing, press machine, molding, etc
Find metallurgical treatment procedure and finishing;

-After three years of theoretical teaching and practical training in automotive repair technology from respected technical & vocational training institute, I graduated with diploma. -Then I enrolled in to reputed government university’s Technology Faculty of Addis Ababa University, in Mechanical engineering Department and graduated with advanced diploma in Mechanical engineering with all its honors, benefits and responsibilities which is equivalent to associate degree.
