Duties include: * Appraisal of Oil & Gas, Maritime, IT, Telecoms and other general business proposals Bank wide with the view of identifying and analyzing inherent risks and its impact in such proposals; prioritizing the risk, and developing/implementing risk mitigants or acceptance, where necessary.
* Ensuring risk information is communicated to all relevant stake-holders
* Monitoring and controlling risk by tracking risk and risk mitigants implementation plans via: • Periodic monitoring of customer's performance and making recommendation to Executive Management.
• Periodic site inspection on projects co-financed by the bank and ensuring same is in line with the project timeline, specified budget and acceptable risk appetite of the bank.
* Develop overview reports of risk/opportunity status for Management.
* Processing of Contingent liabilities such as Bid/Tender Bonds, Performance Bonds, Bank Guarantees, etc.
* Liaison with Central Bank of Nigeria, and external auditors in respect of Risk Management/credit related issues through the Head of Department.
* Any other assignment as may be given by Management or the Head of Department.

• MEDIA RELATIONS SUPPORT: Assist with media relations and other promotional activities related to all projects, including arranging press conferences, seminars and media briefings, and on-line dissemination, advert placements and other media related tasks.
