• Leadership of training facilities development and benchmarking to other international training centers specializing in electric power distribution, transmission and generation;
• Familiarization with and orientation to SEC power plants, substations and other facilities relevant to SESP training and institutional development through site visits kingdom wide;
• Leadership of and engagement in quality assurance and quality management system
