Worked in Medair as a health manager for the Cash for Health program, community health
program, Behavior Change Communication(BCC) and Emergency Cash programs, funded by
ECHO, BPRM, AA, UNOCHA . My roles and responsibilities are:
• Assume primary responsibility for daily project management and implementation of the
programs with all its components implemented in Jordan, and ensure compliance with the
donors agreements and projects proposals.
• Monitor Cash for Health program implementation, and budget expenditures to effectively
use resources against planned activities and expected outputs.
• Provides support to enhance the provision of Cash for Health program services and ensuring
that guidelines and SOP’s concerning technical programs set up at all stages in the program
cycle are applied and followed.
• Working with the MEAL team to collect information and consolidate data monthly to
demonstrate impact and improve ongoing program design.
• Compile and prepare quality monthly and periodic Cash for Health & Community health
programs progress reports, as well as final reports, and provide other information as required
by donors, the Regional Office, and the Technical Unit.
• Correlate with the team and grants department, track and update the Projects dashboards
continuously to ensure quality management of the project in terms of identified indicators,
targets, and budget.
Actively support the health staff in implementing and monitoring Cash for Health program
interventions in their area of operation .
• Conduct regular field visits for monitoring, spot checking, identify gaps and challenges to
ensure efficiency and quality.
• Conduct regular communication and meetings with program staff, Cash for Health fellow
agencies and stakeholders for coordination, ensure proper service delivery and avoid
duplication of services delivered.
• Contribute in the technical development of new proposals and initiatives in coordination with
the line manager, Grants manager and Program Coordinator.
• Contribute to Cash for Health program adjustments as per the findings, needs,
recommendations.
• Review, monitor, and follow up on project work plans, procurement, and detailed spending
plans, including Budget vs. Actual projections according to the budget management SOPs, in
coordination with the line manager and relevant departments.
• Prepare technical internal and external narrative reports within the agreed due date.
• Work with the head of the program to build the capacity of team members and identify
resources and materials to support and build staff capacity relevant to technical and
management competencies.
• Provide ongoing mentorship and guidance to direct-report staff, including sharing clear
expectations, setting annual performance objectives, and providing regular and timely
positive and constructive performance feedback.
• Coordinate and participate actively in different forums, meetings, and reviews with Medair
partners, fellow humanitarian agencies, relevant ministries, governmental bodies, civil
society, the private sectors.
• Organize and facilitate field visits for donors (ECHO, BPRM, AA), regional and global
Medair staff.
• Attending the cash for health working group meetings, health sectors working group and
reproductive health sub-working group meetings to represent the organization and projects,
provide technical input and disseminate updates, policies, and guidance with all the concerned parties.
• Ensure effective communication with the other departments regarding the project's progress
and processes, including finance, grants, MEAL/IM, and Logistics.

Senior Referral Officer في International Medical Corps

Worked in International Medical Corps as Senior Referral Officer for UN funded health
projects (UNHCR). In the Medical referral Program, my roles and responsibilities are:
• Provide essential support to the project team and stalk holders.
• Working with the project manager and grants manager to plan, design and deliver project
activities.
• Close monitoring of project’s activities implementation, budget monitoring, progression,
alignment to time, budget and donor requirements.
• Representation of the organization and projects by attending conferences, sectors and subsectors working groups, meetings with management and donors to represent the projects,
implementation processing and timeline, and share all the updates, protocols, and SOPs with
all parties.
• Prepare and share monthly, quarterly, annual reports on the project activities and progress,
share it with the managements, donors, MOPIC, MOH.
• Arrange and Conduct technical and coordination meetings with the donors, partners, fellow
agencies, other NGO’s, and team members to discuss technical issues, challenges, facilitators
or barriers and ensure a proper implementation and quality timeliness services delivered to
the project target population.
• Arranged and worked for medical missions (ex. Orthopedic, Ophthalmic, ENT health
missions) funded by external donors and coordinated by UNHCR targeting people in need
reside Zaatari, Azraq Camps and Urban setting countrywide, by working on beneficiary’s
selection, setting appointments, arrange with hospitals and facilitate referrals and
transportation for the beneficiaries from camps to the service providing facilities.

MEAL Officer في Jordan Paramedic Society

Worked in Jordan Paramedic Society as a MEAL officer for a UN funded health project
(UNHCR). The Monitoring and Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) officer
supports management in measuring the outcome and impact of the interventions, use the learning
to improve quality and relevance of the program. MEAL role and responsibilities were:
• Contribute in the development of project log frame.
• Contribute to the Formulation SMART KPIs.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of appropriate data collection and analysis
instruments, methodologies (e.g. survey questionnaires, focus group discussions, keyinformant interviews) and data/information dissemination/utilization plans.
• Closely supervise data collection activities and ensure that data collection teams are
organized and resourced as needed, and that they deliver as per field mission plans and
according to data quality standards.
• Carry out assessments, monitoring and evaluations (baselines, mid-terms, end lines) as
reflected in the project plan.
• Tracking of inputs, activities, and progress towards achievement of project outcomes and
impact.
• Track the project achieved outputs and expenditures to ensure the project alignment with the
donor agreement and project plan.
• Ensure and encourage accountability to stakeholders and all parties involved in the projects.
• Established FRM (feedback response mechanisms) targeting all the project stalk holders and
Beneficiaries and act as FRM FP .
• Contribute to organizational learning through the provision specific technical analysis,
lessons learned and reports.
• Develop training modules and provide specific learning and trainings for project staff.
• Prepare and share reports with the senior managements, donors.

PSEA Focal Point في Jordan Paramedic Society

Worked in Jordan Paramedic Society as Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA)
focal point. The main duties of the PSEA FP are:
• Act as the organizational PSEA contact point with UNHCR - protection unit.
• Ensure the proper implementation of all SEA preventive and corrective measures identified
by UN.
• Capacity building for staff by providing trainings and refresher trainings.
• Apply mitigation measures to reduce the risk of SEA in program delivery.
• Attend and represent the entity in PWG, SGBV sub-working group, PSEA network.
• Keep a solid organizational PSEA system and proper receipt, response, assistance and
support or refer SEA survivors to available support services as per the need and informed
consent.
• Conduct the organizational assessment (UN-IP PSEA capacity assessment) quarterly.
• Prepare reports and submit them with all relevant documents to UNHCR- protection unit.

Worked in Jordan Paramedic Society as a referral officer/project Assistant for a UN funded
health projects (UNOCHA and UNHCR), referral projects which facilitate the provision of
secondary & tertiary care by referring the patients to hospital setting where they would receive
advanced care . Referral officer/project Assistant role & responsibilities were;
• Monitor, control and facilitate the referral activities for cases.
• Contact hospitals and focal points of the referring agencies and service providing facilities to
coordinate referral appointments, patient’s transportation.
• Arrange and schedule referral appointments and receipt in hospitals.
• Follow up on the emergency and elective medical cases transferred from the camp to
hospitals with the hospitals focal points.
• Maintain the patients’ medical history and track progression, request and compile patients
medical reports with supportive documents including lab results and radiology reports and
keep as records.
• Prepare daily reports for referred cases, hospital admissions and mortality reporting.
• Continued evaluation of the hospital services, obtain patients feedback and satisfaction
assessment to ensure the effectiveness and quality of the services provided.
