• Welcome the Boutique customer and identify their needs
• Advise both prospective and existing Nespresso Club Members on
Nespresso products and services
• Educate customer on the art of coffee tasting and help to develop their
curiosity about our full range of products
• Carry out an initial analysis of machine breakdowns reported by
customers to orient them as effectively as possible towards the after
sales service benefits of our Nespresso Club
• Maximize the sale of all the Nespresso products presented in the
Boutique (coffee, machines and accessories)
Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high
levels of customer satisfaction . Assign task to the staff, making
deployment.
• Check the expiration and ensure the first in first out (FIFO) will be
followed.
• Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks,
blended coffees, or teas.
Welcomes customer by greeting them, answering their query.
Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them
appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs
and accommodations Ensure store is ready for operation.
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or live chat.
• Supply informationand give clear instruction to the customer.

• Demonstrate and explain products, methods, or services in order to
persuade customers to purchase products or utilize services.
• Arrange the goods in the proper way make sales; make sales reports
every weekend and month end.
