Program eTCS (Electronic Time Capturing System): in-house built application deployment over eight geographies and thirty five countries
Program “Knowledge Management” - Implementation of Centralized Knowledge Management system across Global Service Delivery for managed business services (11 business services consisting of approximately 40000+ employees, spread over twenty countries) - Was involved in the initiation and planning phase. As a part of initiation, Keshav was involved in identifying AS-IS processes, To- Be processes and gap analysis. This was achieved by conducting by doing one-on-one interviews with key stakeholders, many enhanced brainstorming sessions (Techniques like Affinity Diagrams, Nominal Group Techniques, Delphi-Techniques and Idea/Mind Mapping were used) and survey. Process maps were created to define the AS-IS process and TO-BE processes.
