 Validate the resource on various parameters like interest level, attitude, commitment and
then line up candidates for interview.
 Ensure the shortlisted candidate joins by continuously coordinating with him till he joins.
 Coordinate with hiring managers for concerns/updates and maintaining recruitment metrics.
 Conduct final HR round.
 Joining Formalities
 Issuance of welcome mail for every new joiner and introduction to staff members.
 Personnel file creation and verification of documents for new joiners.
 Introduction to work culture and prevailing policies and coordination for opening salary
accounts.
 Issuing offer and appointment letters and maintaining Employee database.

 Keeping employees motivated through ‘Thought of the day', did u know? Mails and festival
greetings.
 Monthly birthday bash celebration
 Assist and coordinate with HR manager for events like outbound activities, Diwali gifts etc.
 Exit Formlities

 Conduct exit interview.
 Ensure all the work related transition is done.

 Maintenance and updating of Employee database from time to time.
 Coordinate with Insurance Company for alteration in existing employee's status.
 Tracking confirmation and issuing confirmation letters.

I was hired on contract for a short period, able to close two positions without any practical exposure.
