Role & Responsibility

• Arranging and obtaining approval of NOC and Permit To Dig prior to any trench excavation.
• Prepare coordination drawing for interfacing utilities to be laid and ensure that all existing services are identified and relected in the coordination drawings.
• Prepare Traffic Management Plan and obtaining approval from authorities.
• Monitor daily field inspection activities at site to ensure proper distribution of manpower resources.
• Reviewing, commenting and approving material submittal, work method statement and all shop drawing prior to final approval by the Consultant.
• Responsible in ensuring the quality of work, and the materials is as per the construction specification or as per employer requirements.
• Develop risk management and JSEA.
• Conduct weekly coordination meeting with all subcontractor to solve interfacing works and prepare minutes of meeting.
• Ensures the quality of work done on site in compliance with the approved drawing, specification and method of statement.
• Inspect and monitor shuttering works, steel fixing and concreting of utility chambers to achieved quality output and prevent waste of time.

 Lead a team consisting of Project Engineer, Design Coordinator, Site Engineer and Supervisors.
 Responsible for project execution, monitoring & control and closing. Procurement of required materials, checking supplier and sub contractors shop drawing, construction methods statement and materials submittal are according to the specifications.
 Conduct weekly coordination & progress meeting with site management team, consultant and subcontractors.
 Responsible for solving any technical issue arise on site. Review, comment, approve and ensuring all shop drawings, method statements and material submittal. All are in accordance to project specifications and client requirement.
 Minimizes exposure and risk on project. Develop JSEA and Risk Analysis with safety department for each activity.
 Prepare weekly site progress and accomplishment reports for construction manager.
 Liaison with the Resident Engineer regarding technical issues and drawing discrepancies.
 Responsible on procurement of steel reinforcement bar, formworks and daily concrete order.
