1)RFI'S, MATERIAL SUBMITTALS, QUOTATIONS FROM SUPPLIERS FOR HVAC, PLUMBING & FIRE FIGHTING.
REVIEW OF DRAWING AND SUBMITTING FOR CONSULTANT APPROVAL.
2) SUBMITTING WIR'S, MIR'S FOR CONSULTANT APPROVAL.
3) HVAC INSTALLATION FOR EQUIPMENTS LIKE CHILLERS, PUMPS, AHU'S, FAHU'S, FCU'S.
4) PLUMBING INSTALLATIONS LIKE BOOSTER PUMPS, FILTARTION SYSTEM, WATER METER'S, AND ALL DRAINAGE SYSTEM.
5) FIRE FIGHTING INSTALLATONS SUCH AS WET RISER SYSTEM, SPRINKLER SYSTEM ALONG WITH FIRE FIGHTING BOOSTER PUMPS, ELECTRIC PUMPS & DIESEL PUMPS.
6) PREPARING AS BUILT DRAWINGS BEFORE FALSE CEILING CLOSURE CLEARANCE AND SUBMITTING FOR CONSULTANT APPROVAL.
7) FLUSHING OF CHILLED WATER SYSTEM AND TESTING & COMMISSIONING OF HVAC AIR BALANCING, WATER BALANCING AND INDOOR AIR PARAMETERS.
8) HANDING OVER OF THE PROJECT TO THE CLIENT WITH OPERATION & MAINTENANCE MANUALS ETC.

-Preparation of Project Study Report as per standard format.
-Preparation of Material Log
-Preparation of Budget
-Collection and study of shop drawings.
-Floating enquiries and obtain back-up quotations from suppliers for material finalization.
-Preparation of comparison statement along with technical & commercial evaluation and onward submission to HOD.
-Obtaining approvals of drawings / material submittals from concerned authority / consultant.
-Raising RFIs (Request for Information) in coordination with drafting and Project Manager.
-Manpower planning.
-Verification of materials received at site.
-Raising Purchase Requisitions as per specification / drawings.
-Arrangement of material for use on site for smooth continuation of work.
-Review of Method Statements / ITPs for the project.
-Attend regular coordination / progress meetings.
-Timely preparation of variations
-Supervision of works at site, and progress of work.
-Arrange/Schedule inspection of works by the Consultant at site upon raising of RFI.
-Maintaining proper records of testing & commissioning of individual systems for onward submission.
-Preparation & submission of monthly subcontract certificates.
-Ensure compliance to handing over snags.
-Preparation & submission of O&M manuals.
-To hand over the marked up drawings as per site conditions to the drawing department.
-Submission of As Built drawings.
-Ensure timely submission of attendance cards to the PM for onward submission.
-Ensure healthy working condition between supervisors / foremen and workers.
-Prepare and submit the Engineering calculations required as appropriate for the following upon obtaining approvals from the respective HOD’s and process for further approvals from Client, Consultants and Authorities:

- Heat load, ESP, hydraulic calculations, etc.
- Any other calculations/technical details.

- Preparation of BOQ.
- Selection of equipments as per the load.
- Heat load calculations & duct sizing & pipe sizing.
- Duct routing & pipe routing .
- visiting site and checking the site conditions.
- Preparing as-built drawings in CAD.
- Preparing programme for weekly & monthly basis.
- Preparing work progress report etc.
