1. Preparing Yearly, Monthly and daily Budget.
2. Preparing daily, Weekly, monthly and Yearly inventory for the sections.
3. Locating vendors of fresh food and arranging meeting with them for the purpose of product availability and terms of sales in the Abu Dhabi region markets.
4. Preparing and processing requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and importing products.
5. Managing the process and/or reselling the purchased fresh products.
6. Arranging transportation and/or storage of purchased products.
7. Maintaining records of business transactions, product inventories, reporting data to company.
8. Negotiating contracts with suppliers for purchase the products through our head office.
9. Purchasing for further processing or for resale fresh products.
10. Reviewing orders for determining product types and quantities required to meet demand.
11. Conducting training for the staff to improve and develop the performance (e.g. the essential food safety).
12. Visit the branches on a daily basis to discuss how to develop the sections and improve the sales and the competitiveness in local market.
13. Allocating action plan to achieve the target monthly and yearly.
