- Setup the labs establishment with lab equipment , furniture’s, gas network
- Recruiting staff
- Training the Staff
- Lab quality manuals, Safety manuals on place
- Establish Water and environment testing and other factory test in the plant
- Plan, organize, assign, review, and evaluate the work of assigned professionals and technical support staff.
- Monitoring plane for ground water Quality, Domestic, industrial waste water, Ground water
- Prepare for accreditation ISO 17025

Starting from June 2002; I was appointed as a QA officer. In this position I had a wide level of responsibilities in KEMAPCO. I have actively participated in establishing an industrial lab, training stuff, writing analytical procedures, evaluate and correspond with lab equipment suppliers, supervising lab installation, establish a lab safety practice program, and managing of the technical staff to achieve high standards of performance.
Starting from March 2005; I was promoted as QC laboratory Section Head. In this position I was responsible for all lab management which included; budgeting activities, personal management, participation in company's management planning, in addition to the product quality control over production, material handling and sales.
During my time in KEMAPCO, I had several training periods in Finland, Sweden, and Denmark. More details are provided in attached CV.
My work core activities, among others shown in my CV, included; Quality Assurance, Quality Control, building of a lab information management system, training of lab technicians, technical support and trouble shooting of a wide variety of analytical instruments. In addition to environmental monitoring and ISO 14001, 17025 and 9001 which were also part of my activities in the different positions I occupied.
I was working for Jordan phosphate complex industrial from 1997-2002 as Chemist then Section Head for instrumental analysis., R&D, for, the biggest company in Jordan for phosphate & Fertilizers
