Stage 2 - Tenaris/Iraq Supply Chain Operations Management (January 2012 - May 2012):
In this stage I played a key role in the successful start up & operation of first Tenaris base in Iraq.
My main work was Management of supply chain process in Iraq in which I successfully performed the following:
 Coordinating with ME regional supply chain office in Dubai concerning shipments and deliveries schedule.
 Making visits to Umm Qasir port from time to time to do vessels discharge surveys and sending Survey Reports to ME regional supply chain management.

 Following up with customers regarding their contracts deliveries.
 HSE management in the base to assure compliance of all operations (including third party contractors operations) in the base with Tenaris HSE standards and safe work practices.

 Maintaining stock levels.

 Monthly reporting of all stock movements to IQ Delegation Logistic (based in Amman due to security situation).
 Insuring that WH equipment, including Safety& Fire equipment, and stock handling & storage are as per the Organization's standards.
5. Field Supply System software administrator: I efficiently used this software to control the supply chain activities, issuing related documents, tracking stock movements and stock position, and generating statistical reports.
6. AirOps&Travel:
 Receiving travel requests and preparing travel schedule.
 Making flight bookings
 Coordination with Airops regional office in Amman concerning flights schedule.
 Issuing paxlists.
 proforma invoices & packing lists for air cargo.
 Arranging access permits for our vehicles to the airport.

9. In the 6 yearly appraisals I received 4 VERY GOOD appraisals including the last one of 2009.
