Among my projects and accomplishments are.
• Confidential Residential Concept Master Plan 15000 inhabitants in Abu Dhabi, UAE 2, 200, 000 AED
• Mugharraq Port Industrial Detailed Master Plan, 85 Hectares 3, 600, 000 AED
• Al Ain Airport Land side Concept Master Plan, 220 Hectares in Abu Dhabi, UAE “ confidential”
• Confidential waterfront Development 170 Hectares concept till detailed master planning 2, 300, 000 AED
Achievements;
• Securing 2 years framework agreement with ALDAR properties for the 30 Billion AED portfolio of projects
• Increase the opportunities pipeline for the urbanism projects from 1, 500, 000 AED to 17, 500, 000 AED
• Increase the awareness of GHD urbanism capability to 300% of the current clients platform
• 450, 000 AED total variations with ALDAR and AD Ports within 2021 “15% of the actual contract value”

• Dubai Transit Oriented Development Strategy
Currently, I manage Dubai Transit Oriented Development Strategy and lead an international team of experts to develop the TOD guidelines for 81 station areas around 16, 281 Ha.
Responsibilities,
• Prepare the integration plan for the land use planning works, infrastructure and transportation
• Setting up the guidelines and alternatives methodologies to calculate the development capacity around the metro stations which include the utilities holding and spare capacity, transport corridor capacity and densities and zoning capacity
• Manage and direct the sub-consultants real-estate, legal and GIS
• Lead the executive meetings with the stakeholder’s senior management including the services providers

1- Doha Municipality Complex Master Plan
Lead Urban Designer/Master Planner for 5 Ha of mixed-use development in downtown Doha.
responsibilities,
• Prepare the site plan land use, visual perception, movement, public realm and infrastructure analysis.
• Coordinate and accommodate the services providers needs (roads, electricity, water, sewage, )
• Prepare the concept and the preliminary master planning documents, drawings, and the DCRs

2- Rail Projects Lead Urban Designer / General Coordinator, Qatar
Coordinate all the MME’s planning and urban design work to support the ongoing works of metro stations, and its TODs related works
Responsibilities;
• Reduce the review time (60%) of the development applications from 25 working days to10 working days
•A Planning framework to secure more than 50% of private fund, balancing the capex and the opex of the TOD plan

3- Doha Whole-Sale Market Rehabilitation and Urban Upgrading Plan (Ongoing)
Lead Urban Designer/ Master Planner for 70 Hectares of development.
Responsibilities;
• Preparing a Concept Master Plan for the project that allows increasing the monthly municipal revenue of the wholesale market (From 450, 000 QR to 15000, 000 QR)
• Lead the coordination between the government’s stakeholders

4- Central Doha Development, Coordinator, Doha, Qatar (6 moths)
Implementation plan to manage and coordinate all the urban development works within central Doha
Responsibilities;
• Launch the project with a participation of 18 government agencies (the 1st committee meeting was on the 25th Jan, 2016)
• Building the project management plan Central Doha Development Strategy to implement 10 priority proj.

5- The Establishment of Mega Projects Group, Qatar (16 moths)
Responsibilities;
• A deputy Group Leader responsible of the group operation, updating the group charter and led 6 planners and environmentalist.
• Train the local capabilities and handover the leadership responsibilities to a Qatari Leader

1- National Planning & Development Strategy- Closeout Stage, Kingdom of Bahrain
*Responsibilities:
• Technical Review of the strategies, city planning and development guidelines (Development Control Plans)
• Manage all the required works (Planning-transportation- GIS-Environment) for the close out stage
• Established cost plans with the QS and feedback Clients on budget and cash flow
• Prepare design and progress reports to Atkins executive management.
• Change Control. Verified cost and time impact of changes and recommended on their viability

2- Al Miqat mixed-use TOD master plan project, KSA
* Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and urban design concepts, provide technical solutions for complicated planning and urban design issues, guide and coach the team members (4 team members) to enhance the quality of the master planning deliverables, client liaison, coordinate the works between the planning, transportation and infrastructure teams

• Bid manager for several sustainable master planning projects in Saudi Arabia - technical support-

• Urban Design and Landscape Architecture consultancy agreement with Khatib & Alami consolidated engineering. Master plan validation of an iconic island in Dubai, UAE Reviewing and evaluating the urban structure of the master plan, defining design issues and offer technical; solutions to enhance the quality of the built environment

• Comprehensive residential master plan for 80-85 Hectare Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. “ Under Construction” concept till detailed master plan-

• TOD Mixed land use development for 25 Hectare Jeddah, Saudi Arabia- concept, structure master plan and concept architecture plans,

• Bawadi Boulevard Detailed Master Plan, Dubai (Master Plan update & Development Control Regulations)
Urban Designer for 10km long TOD- Multi Modal Corridors Development / mixed land use development within Dubai land. I participated in the production of the urban design guidelines, phase’s strategy and development control regulations.

• Mega mixed land use development urban design master plan (Stage one), Dubai (375 m dirham project)1st stage
Urban Planner/ Urban Designer for a sustainable master plan development of a 13ha mixed land use development within Dubai. The development achieves 1000000sq.m GFA

• Al Helio, Concept Master Plan, Ajman, (Concept- Structure - Development Control Regulations).
Master Planner for 50ha high-density mixed-use development, located in Ajman’s growth corridor along Emirates Road.

• Sharjah City and Central Region Spatial Plan, UAE.
(Al Madam city, 210000 inhabitants)
Identifying key development issues and makes decision on the size, location and timing of every development project. The plan covers an area of 2200km2, and it moves from general regional policies to action area plans.

• Daghmar to Qalhat Coast - Development Plan, Oman
Preparing a tourism plan for one of the richest coasts in Oman (about 70km long). The plan adopts ecological tourism as an approach. I participated in the preparation of a detailed plan for one of the coastal towns (Bammah) covering an area of about 500 Hectares.

• Leisure and Resorts: Al Khayal eco village -( Fins, Oman) .

• UNDP MISR Short term- Prof. Magdi Rabie-UNDP (United Nation Development Program) development of poor villages in Egypt
