A- When it comes to generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include:
-Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
-Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.
-Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
-Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
B- When it comes to the challenge of actually selling, other typical duties include:
-Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
-Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products.
-Developing quotes and proposals.
-Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
-Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
-Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Main responsibilities:
1. Responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
2. Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
3. Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.
4. Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
5. Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business.
6. Acting as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.
Main responsibilities:
1. Knowing the available inventory that we have in the Stock.
2. Knowing when stock is running low and which items. Production request.
3. Keeps detailed inventory records when products are purchased and returned.
4. Have excellent communication skills with Production employee.
5. Responsible for problem-solving, explaining products, answering questions about company policies
Main responsibilities:
1. Monitor and observe operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
2. Recommend adjustments to the process and assembly.
3. Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced.
4. Accept or reject finished items.
5. Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.
6. Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products.
7. Report inspection and test data.
