1. Manage HRD Office and supervise coordinated functions to other departments in the project.

8. Facilitate direct official communication and coordination to respective departments and agencies both internal and external to the projects.
9. Supervise project ID, passport and iqama’s expiration and renewal.
10. Assist in the translation of important documents to Arabic language, such as ID applications, temporary passport and iqama, and other important documents.

13.Ensure that Master Employee Record is updated in accordance with the contract status with a proper index.
14.Update the government coordinator of new hire employees for GOSI inserting through SHC.
15.Answers employee questions regarding all personnel matters and transaction such as benefit inquiries and problems.
16.Completes all necessary forms for inserting/deleting employee for insurance scheme.
17.Process leaves application in accordance with OHR system and coordinates with the Government Relations Services for exit/re-entry visa stamping.
18.Coordinate processing of employees business trips, in/out Kingdom.
19.Ensure that all flight details/tickets have been processed for all vacationers/exit employees as requested.
20.Coordinate with the Travel Agency to issue ticket and delivery.
21.Prepare and verify the ticket invoices and forward for approval.
22.Ensure that transport services have been provided for all vacationers and exit employees.
