• Prepare reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
• Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees, and boards of directors.
• Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
• CEO official letters, type memos, correspondence, reports and other documents.
• Makes future appointments and answers inquires.
• Arranging travel reservations, visas and accommodation, hotels, tickets, and renting cars for the CEO.
• Open and deal with incoming mail as well as organize outgoing posting mail, respond to the e-mails, helping with some documents, data entry.
• Do some work concerning the personnel department (including review the CV's, make interviews for the administration department).
• I am also responsible of controlling, responding to, preparing and processing the investment portfolio correspondences.
• Read, prioritize and route mail, answer and direct other correspondence, telephone calls and / or visitors, locate material needed.
• Designing forms, reports (Daily, weekly and monthly) task lists, other forms as required, updating and scheming the company profile, systematize and maintaining a complete filing structure, archive system.
• Direct reporting to the CEO.
