• Developed financial model for the analysis and assisted management for various projects as required.
• Initiated and completed merger of two blending plants for Tax Saving purpose and achieved additional Tax savings for the year 1999, 2000 and 2001 as Tax Holiday.

• Managed financial affairs of various famous P&G brands across the Arabian Peninsula handling several distributors in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, UAE, Oman and Yemen.
• Handled complete product range of various brands, i.e. Camay, Zest, Vicks, Oil of Ulay, Kamil, Clearasil and Crest.
• Profit management of the designated brands: prepared and communicated necessary reports to various managers for their respective brand financial economics and recommendations for improving profitability of various brands through pricing analysis, sourcing impacts/cost saving projects.
• Conducted comprehensive annual Kill or Cure Exercise for pointing out weak SKU’s or brands to either improve or discontinue the product line up.
• Management of Initiatives: provided necessary financial analysis for marketing plans of a new brand or line extension of an existing brand.
• Monitored performance of initiatives vis-à-vis commitments for timely necessary actions.
• Systems simplification and admin type tasks: continuously challenged existing systems, took initiatives for simplification where applicable, informed and aligned within the finance function and mgmt for adopting necessary change/ implementation.

• Assisted supply chain manager for managing supply and sourcing efficiently products from diff. manufacturing companies of Unilever worldwide.
• Assisted marketing accountant for analyzing pricing effect on the brand profitability across the Arabian Peninsula.
• Prepared bank reconciliation and handled treasury for financial accountant at Regional Head Office of Unilever in Jeddah, S.A.
• Assisted cost accountant at plant and learned and practiced prod. planning from the plant commercial manager for various products at Lever plant in Saudi Arabia.
• Prepared under supervision a financial model for the acquisition of the Saudi Company.
• Worked under supervision of the management accountant for preparing budget of Unilever Arabia Ltd. for the year 1993.
