• Explosive storage facilities @ western region with JACOBS & ADNOC for Police G.H.Q.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Reporting to Project Manager
- Correspondence with the Main Contractor through Project Manager
- Correspondence with the Consultant through Project Manager.
- Correspondence with the Suppliers through Procurement Section.
- Mobilize the site activities for execution of MEP works.
- Lead the Team and supervise the execution.
- Presentation of all necessary documents such as Shop Drawings and Method of Statements and Coordination with Main Contractor and Consultant.
- Coordinate and obtaining approval from local Authorities.
- Monitoring work Progress and keep all records.
- Preparation of all necessary Materials Submittals.
- Preparation of complete materials, requirements, raises necessary requisitions and coordinates with the Procurement Section.
- Attendance of Meeting when required.
- Interacting with the Planning Section.
- Guiding CAD operator in developing Shop Drawings.
- Project execution and project progress monitoring.
- Carry out all Inspections and testing.
- Subcontractors follow-up.
- Study project scope of work.
- Attending Site Meetings when required.
- Lead the Supervisors/Foremen and Workers to execute the job.

- Al Falah community project at Al Falah city. Client: ALDAR.
- Al Ruwais housing package 4, 5 and 6.
- 60 villas (internal design + infrastructure) for MUSANADA.

• Development:
- Sea palace development with (GDP & ar+d for ALDAR) And with ROYAL. Total project cost (open budget.) .

• Governmental project:
- Tamm proto type. (4 sites) (Al -Marfaa, Ghayath, Silaa & Liwa). Total project cost (AED120 million).
- AL Hamriyah immigration building. In sharjah
- Civil Defences immigration Building. With MUSANADA for police G.H.Q.
- Electrical s/s 11/0.4 kv for ADM customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Complete electrical systems feasibility studies & Design engineering.
- Lux level calculation, Cable size, Voltage drop, Cable Management, Short circuit, ….etc calculations works related to electrical systems design.
- Lighting, power, telephone, fire alarm, structured cabling, MATV, CCTV and security, Lightning protection and Earthing, UPS, lighting management system, Parking Management System, intrusion system, Pedestrian counting Etc.
- Specifications and bill of quantities preparation works related to various projects,
- Design Conformance to technical standards and local regulations,
- Assist the project manager as well as design manager through the project design and execution stages.
- Assist and coordinate the design review for compliance with BS, NFPA and local regulations for Abu Dhabi authorities.
- Make changes or adjustments as necessary, including re-draft, and respond to document requests for information from the client, authorities and/or contractor.
- Participate with reviewing contractors’ shop drawings to meet client and authorities requirements.
- Attend coordinating meeting with client requirements to control project as well as attending all regular meetings.
- Updated with Latest regulations of different departments/Authorities specially ADDC, Civil Defense and Etisalat.
- Following up building permits, Municipality NOC’s and authorities Approvals and preparation of required documents for all authorities approvals.
- Works to be controlled by computer related programs (MS EXEL, MSWORDS, Dialux and AUTO CAD, AMTECHPRO200 (IEC)).
