This project is conseder one of the most greatest enviromental project in Kingdom the project consist of the following
 Dry Weather flow channel ( reconstruction of the channel in the wadi and linned it with stone to provide a series of run interupted by a step weirs and pool approximatly each 500 meters),
 Bio remediation facility for the permanent flowing waters (dry weather flow channel) of wadi hanifah to satisfy three main goals, reduction of fecal coliform and total coliform becteria to safe level, elimination of bed odours, prevent cumulative impact of nutrient loads through the wadi .

This project is divided to 3 zones AL MASHRIK company make the construction for Zone 3 with total amout of 160, 000, 0000 SR

Responsibilities, Duties & Authority:
Construction Manager for bio-remediation facility

Responsibilities:-
 Ensure that the work are carried out in a safe, economic and expedient manner and in accordance with the design, pacification and work procedure
 Implementation for necessary action to ensure the safety and progress of the work
 Coordinate the work of subcontractors
 Obtain defined required quality and ensure that the works are conducted in accordance with QAP
 Prepare of Construction method of statement & planning
 Purchasing and site resources
 Management of construction team and ensure adequate qualification, numbers and type of staff

working as a project manager for EL GAWHARA project this project with a total value of civil works =80 000 000
EGP, it consists of the following
-3 floors under ground with a total area of 42 600 m2
it is contain car bark, mall, & 4 cinema.
-15 floors of 8 towers each with area 820 m2
-11 floors of administration building
this project in pre construction stage so my respansibilities are:
forming the team and all necessary organization for efficient running of the project
administration of the contract
budget of the project for its following up and its results
efficient working of the site
correspondance between the project and the owner
approving of the quality control plan, work procedure and over all planning of the project

metro line from Shobra ell khama to Giza consists of 12 under ground and 6 open air stations
all undergroun station compris three level, ticket level, technical level and platform level .
the station are of a parallel piped shape and apprximately 150 m wide and are at depth of more than 20m . between the station the tunnel have been done with tunnel boring machine guidance using laser beam system
the value of the project is about 5 400 000 000 EGP
