Accomplishments:

In 2010, we celebrated the construction of the first underground KM substations 66/11 kV substations boulevard 1 & 2 and 32 no’s of 11/ 0.415 kV underground distribution substations.

In 2022 for the FIFA World Cup 2022 event, we carried out our best endeavours to ensure the Projects were successfully delivered to a standard which was suitable for a global audience.

Project Summary
The design and construction of a corrosion control facility and associated site-work and utilities at Cairo West Air Base, Egypt. A new facility will be completed to accommodate the activities in support of the painting, stripping and cleaning of various aircraft for the Egyptian Air Force. Operation and maintenance of the above facilities shall be included in the construction contract as two one-year options.
The scope involves complete construction of the waste treatment system. The industrial waste treatment system, consisting of an office building, site-work, lagoons, and appropriate tanks, pumps and piping, is included in the design for chemically neutralizing the CCF wastes.

• To optimize the inventory of different raw materials (Cement, Aggregates, Admixtures etc) improving the profitability of the project.
• To ensure proper allocation of supplied quantities to the different sites of the project to facilitate cost allocation for cost control department.
• To Supervise and manage a vast transportation network (6 cement trailer - Banana Trucks, 20 Truck mixer, 2 fixed concrete pump, 2 mobile concrete pumps and 6 loaders) plus a huge subcontracted number of trucks to transfer the raw materials from Cement factories to Silos to Batching plants and finally to sites.
• To guarantee the high performance of the patching plants equipment (Two Batching plants BETP with 72 cubic meters per hour normal capacity and two other plants ELBA with 100 cubic meters per hour normal capacity) by carrying out the routine maintenance programs and any repairs required. Also to be responsible for dismantling / transportation / re-allocation of the Batching plants equipment as per the project requirements.
• To establish a control system to monitor the inputs and outputs of each Batching plant and the consumption of each site from each plant.
• To maintain a good relation-ship with suppliers and in the same time to make sure that each item has more than one qualified supplier.
• To participate and guarantee the easy flow of work between the project different departments.
