 Follow-up to the general maintenance of all Electromechanical works that may occur in the building (HVAC - Fire Alarm - Plumping).
 Work on the development of plant performance and take advantage of all waste resulting from it to achieve the highest benefit and less cost (an idea re-use of waste water treatment and pumped back to the main tank).
