The sugar is produced from beet, with a daily capacity of 10000 ton/day. The company is under construction, and expected to start production by 1st quarter of 2013.

o Managing all 2nd hand Rotary and Stationary equipment rehabilitation while meeting required quality and dead line date of the project (achieved).

o Setting Criteria for equiment rehabilitation and acceptance tests,

Hobbies

  • Solving complicated technical problems through Failure Anaylsis
    in 2014, we installed three new gearboxes in one of the rolling mills. The three gearboxes' input shatfs suffered from high temp. The OEM were sure that the problem is in the double oil seals and their bushes which generated the heat. As the repair department manager,I recommended that the problem was in the bearings.Although the OEM was not convinced the problem solved by bearings replacement.
