Main Contractor for Metro Riyadh Fast Consist of 4 company ( FCC,
Reviewing of design calculation and MEP design drawings & CSD drawings coordinated with other, electrical, civil and architectural drawings.
•Reviewing of MEP shop drawings to insure the compliance with tender design, project specs, and budget client requirement, local codes & international standards.
•Make full coordination for all mechanical system as per site condition to reduce time of installation, and required man power .
•Preparation of Field Change Request for (HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing) Diagrams.
•Good knowledge and use of standard mechanical codes ( ASHRE, NFPA, INTERNATIONAL PLUMBING CODE, ASME B31.3, B31.3, B31.8).
•Review material approval submittals, method statements, drawings, etc. and provide recommendations to Resident Engineer for final review and approval.
•Handling of material and manpower in the best way to achieve the planned target dates.
•Supervise the installations of al mechanical systems on a daily/regular basis.
•Follow up for all supplier to get required materials in time without delaying of work .
•Put planning and support site Engineer for any problems in installation of equipment and systems .
•Making method of statement and planning for all mechanical activity (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing ) to help site Engineer achieve target in proper time .
•Installation of of all mechanical plant rooms ( chilled water pump room, fire fighting pump room, AHU mechanical floor, FANS room )
•Monitor contractor’s Mechanical works to ensure compliance with specifications, plans and drawing, safety and quality.
•Review and verify corrective actions established from NCR’s, SON.
•Review results of inspection and tests to ensure compliance to project specification.
•Provide relevant information and data to QS for the project valuation process.
•Pre commissioning activity Treatment of chilled water Network (flushing and chemical)
• , fire fighting pump (connection of test point and all accessories) , chilled water pump, AHU, Fans
•Executing and following up of Testing and commissioning activity Water balancing for chilled water net work, Air balancing for Hvac system .
•Testing and commissioning for ( fire fighting, chilled water, water supply)PUMPS.
•Maintain As built details for the final preparation of the asbuilt drawings.
•Assist MEP Manager to prepare periodical reports and other reports.
•Full awareness of project specifications and requirements related to mechanical works.
•Liaise with client representatives, contractors, site engineers and sub-contractors on issues related to the review and approval of method statements, drawings and other technical documents related to mechanical works
