Responsible to lead the operations in vending machine channel. Responsible for clearly defining long and short term goals, objectives and targets for the channel.
-Responsible for ensuring there is adequate, qualified, & competent personnel resources who have the responsibility to achieve their KPIs / targets; that team members get the relevant and necessary training / coaching (generic to team or specific to individuals) to enhance their performance to therefore ensure they achieve KPIs / targets.
-Responsible for the attainment / achievement of the channel KPIs / targets
-Responsible for sales & distribution / market coverage planning, leading in execution, reviewing achievements against targets and taking necessary corrective action without delay.
-Ensuring excellent customer service and attainment / achievement of customer service delivery targets.
-Ensure all machines are always operational and are in good working conditions.
-Ensuring that cash collections are done on time and all issues on collections are attended to and resolved on time; that our EOT (End of Trip) processes, procedures and cutoff deadlines are being adhered to.
-Responsible for creating and implementing robust processes and systems, reviewing their effectiveness and correcting them accordingly to ensure targets achievement
-Responsible for channel budgetary control - ensuring operations are within budgets

1- Planning and Organizing strategic programs by using PDCA methodology.
2- Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review and participate in the work of staff responsible for maintenance of the treatment plant including repair and installation of all electronic, electric, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical equipment.
3- Identify risks, analysis them and set up plans for them.
4- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to get competitive prices.
5- Analyzing customer/competitor’s behavior based on sales & hit rate development.
6- Direct the daily work activity for both operations and maintenance needs .
7- Initiates and carries out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs.
8- Tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, schedule compliance, etc.
9- Estimating time, cost & the resource requirements for the activities.
10-Reviewing the technical reports coming from the maintenance & Searching for the points in which can increase the profitability. 
11- Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs
12-Schedule and complete the “Preventative Maintenance Program”.
13-  Identify requirements and execute capital equipment replacements
