• Initiate sales process by prospecting (exhibitions, business networking, gala events, forums, & seminars), scheduling appointments, making initial presentation, understanding business needs, developing proposals, closing sales.
• Close sales by building rapport with potential clients, expounding on the benefits of setting up of companies in RAK FTZ and on other incentives and service capabilities; overcoming objections, etc.
• Expand sales in the region and abroad as assigned by recommending additional facilities services & developing new sales strategies.
• Recommend new facilities & services by evaluating current incentive package, identify needs to be filled.
• Update technical, sales & business knowledge by participating in educational and training opportunities offered by RAK FTZ and others.
• Responsible for keeping commitments in a timely manner & resolving issues promptly.
• Accountable for customer satisfaction and providing high quality service in representing RAK FTZ.
• Keep track of sales activities assigned and send monthly report to the Business Development Manager.
• Introducing our company profile to clients & creating immediately professional image about company’s properties, pricing based on trust and excellent service.
• Maximizing Customers and generating leads.
• Educate the clients on the various promotional events and offers we have.
• Assigning a property consultant to the customer on spot for further inquiries & follow up.
• Control the flow of clients, maintain a perfect coordination with Marketing and Events Team to create excellent results during events and Pre launches.
• Attract more & new clients to the campaign booth.
