The complete HSE management System implementation for the IFM Division includes but is not limited
to the Preparation of HSE Management system documents for all services and projects. Safety-related
pieces of training to the project management team, HSE management of the project/worksites with an
HSE Officers team of more than forty members in various locations. The facilities management of the
project as per the client's HSE requirements which includes the regional and site offices, warehouse,
employee accommodations, etc.

Responsibility:
The complete HSE management system implementation of the SAUDI ARAMCO Projects which include but not limited to the Preparation of Contractor Site Safety Plan, HSE Management system for the projects, Hazard Identification Plan. Method Statement and Job Safety Analysis, Safe Traffic Route plan, Environment Plan, Dust control Plan, Winter management Plan, Heat Stress Management Plan etc. Safety related training to the project management team, HSE management of the project site with an HSE team of 25 members. The facilities management of the project as per the clients HSE requirements which includes the site offices, lay-down yard, employee accommodations etc.

KAFD Project, Riyadh, KSA
King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) is a major landmark project currently under construction in north Riyadh. It comprises over sixty mixed use blocks ranging from fifteen to forty-five stories, each designed by world renowned architects. Managing of the HSE area of three of its zones of 11 parcels of 22 towers.
Responsibilities:
• HSE plan and Management system for the projects
• Regular site visits, audits and inspections
• HSE training to consultant and contractor staff
• Accident investigation and reports
• Managing and supervision of the HSE team
• The facilities management of the project as per the standard HSE requirements.
• Closely monitoring of the HSE activities of contractor and subcontractor HSE team of more than 90 members.
• Attending as a consultant HSE representative in regular meetings such as zonal progress meetings, infrastructure meetings, HSE meetings, parcel specific meetings etc.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an effective approach to managing vehicle safety which is consistent with best International practice.
• Maintaining a viewpoint that treats health and safety as the number one priority and which is independent of the daily operational pressures faced by line and other functional managers in the business.
• Ensure a common and consistent application of health and safety standards across the Division and to escalate concerns as appropriate.
• Collect and study accident records with a view to identify trends and common causes with a view to prioritizing health and safety effort.
• Act as a coach and mentor, championing the highest standard of health and safety at all times and working to develop competence and enthusiasm among LSCs, Managers and employees alike.
• Review the adequacy and suitability of risk assessment in order to recommend improvements in protective measures and system of work
• Review the adequacy and suitability of accidents reports to recommend improvements in quality of investigations and thereby improving protective measures and system of work.

• Work with training function to develop health and safety training courses and where necessary to assist with their delivery.
• Advice on Safety & Fire protection for new projects by use of international code and standard.
• Health and safety Audits, review and risk assessments to identify areas of improvements, assess overall performance and provide recommendations for action.

• Quality and Standard inspection on all firefighting equipment
• Overall management of security of the depots and its crew.

• Conducting Safety Training / Induction / Orientation
• Develop and conduct training programs for potential occupational health hazards, radiation safety, hazards communication, respiratory protection, hearing conservation and other industrial hygiene subjects

• Conducting regular Scaffolding Inspection
• Conducting regular Electrical Inspection
• Performing monthly Loss Prevention Inspections and Audits (Safety & Security).

• Conducting Atmospheric testing and issuing Hot Work and Confined Space Entry Permits
• Conduct a comprehensive industrial hygiene surveys for all potential hazards in the workplace
• Enforcing Safety Regulations on Project site
• Compiling, laying out, printing out and distributing a monthly Safety Bulletin for the Company
• Inspecting Fire Fighting Equipment (fire extinguishers, fire blankets and water pumps and hoses)
• The facilities management of the company as per the standard HSE requirements which includes the offices, various workshops, employee accommodations etc.
• Performing regular visit to Project Sites in on and Offshore and conducting Safety/ coordination meetings.
• Review all new projects/modification changes and conduct occupational hazards analysis to ensure implementation of the required industrial hygiene standards

Responsibilities:
• Supervision and control of computerized vehicle inspection and its crew.
• Regular inspection of firefighting equipment's.
• Responsible for conducting fire-fighting drill.
• Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
• Inspect buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
• Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
• Regular inspection and reporting of staff accommodations
