• Avoiding any material-related delays by promptly submitting material requests for all mech system components.
• Produce top-notch work by continuously and effectively supervising all mechanical systems.
• Improvement for design drawings by rearranging and reexamining.
• Insure scheduled workflow by submitting the following in a timely manner: material submittal, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Study and design of underground utility network: Plumbing, Fire fighting
Including: Hydraulic calculation, Heat load calculation, Mechanical equipment criteria.
- Prepare: MTS, Schematic drawings, Design drawings, Shop drawings and As-built
drawings.
-Construction manger for the following project:
- Water treatment plant in Alkhumra - Jeddah, including:
- Installation of GRP pipes vertically and horizontally
( range of diameter from 3.8 m to 1.2 m )
- Installation of 9 pumps ( each one 10.5 ton, 10'000 HP )
- Installation of check valves, reducers, dismantling joints and duck foots
( range of each piece weight from 0.7 ton to 3.5 ton)
- Organize work group ( 40 workers, cranes, shovel, bobcat and TCR )
- Many buildings ( services, power plant and warehouse ) in KAP
- King Salman International Conventional Center - Al Madinah Al Munawwarah
