I have spearheaded the IT Department and ERP implementation projects at DESCON’s Chemical Group comprising of 8 onshore and 4 offshore companies. As a visiting member of the technical advisory, I was required here to provide technical expertise in the ongoing projects of the institution’s in house software house and given as outsource. Projects’ Design, plan, resource planning, cost calculation, orientations / presentation and future process preparation were my major areas of contribution. In case of requirement I had to visit the projects sites mostly located in Sydney and Perth to attend the future development meetings, future process planning meeting on ongoing projects as well as to provide technical assistance.
Worked as technical team lead with one of the largest IT Service Providers in Melbourne, Australia with over 3, 000 polished professionals, whose line of business includes Legacy Conversion, BPR, BCP, DR, MIS Development, ERP Implementation and E2E solutions. I have managed and lead a Team of around 19 head count and accomplish the assigned projects according to the targeted time period along with quality assurance. My governance regarding the software needs, data security, future process plans, project orientations, stakeholder management, network planning and management decisions as an IT expert widely appreciated.
I lead the deployment projects of ERP System, B2B and End to End Solutions, MIS, middleware, interfaces, planning phases, project plans orientations, data inflow / outflow analysis phases of client server projects as well as optimization, normalization, performance and testing of the developed projects and subsequent integration with legacy system, procurement plans finalization for adequate network infrastructure design, data migration, backup policy in the light of deployable methodologies and end user training.

As Development Head I was required here to lead the software development team as well as effectively participated in MIS development that covers all the areas according to the requirement of Management Information Systems, data migration from legacy system to MIS System, Data Integration, Participation in the Marketing Policy’s decision and its comprehensive implementation in the supply chain module, hardware & software procurement and to organize local and remote connectivity where the unit or sales office located across the country.
