LEADERSHIP

* Ensure that PM of ERE is followed and ERE reliability is maintained
* Ensure safe plant operation as per the Responsible Care & SHEMs regulations.
* Ensure the Plant Housekeeping and coordinate with staff for Weekly safety
walkthrough as per schedule to keep plant safe.
* Ensure that the shift safety meeting is conducted for each shift in monthly wise
* Ensure employees meet the Behavior Based Safety (BBS) requirements.
* Ensure the Shift personnel are following SOP & trained as per SHEM -03 requirements
Ensure operation building condition including safety equipment’s are maintained in
good condition.

ABS project .
* Participate in EPC phase for ABS project from 2012 June to 2013 June, in Spain.
* Participate with Feed engineering for ABS project in TORNTO Since April-2010 to
September-2010, leading all operation requirement’s .
* Participate with EPC, for one year in Spain -2012-2013.
* Leading the technical evaluation for ABS, EPC contractor.
* Leading communication / requirement’s for warehouse integration between ABS project and
PKE.

Petrochemical Company.

Nov-2015, assigned Relationship Manager between Sadara and Dow RO.
Manage the shift activities according to the SHEMS & Quality standards to meet Plant
KPIs & business requirements toward “Operation Excellence” .
* Manage all plant operation activities on daily basis and make required actions with
staff support.
* Meet plant specific consumption for Utility feeds & chemicals targets.
* Meet plant sustainability targets.
* Comply to all SAP entry data requirements such as entry production data, create plant
outage notification and etc.. as applicable to the shift.
* Follow all ERT requirements as per SHEM-11 standards
* Report Reliability issues at the plant through close monitoring & operation such as
equipment abnormal sound pipe corrosion etc...
* Follow the daily notes of staff instructions in daily basis.
* Operate the unit at optimum condition, assure product quality meets the specification
requirements, and corrective actions are taken for any quality deviation.
* Provide required support during preparation of T/A (Turnaround) & planned shutdown.
* Initiate suggestion to improve the plant EHSS & performance.
INTERFACE WITH SUPPORTING DEPARTMENTS
* Prepare the equipment’s to carry out the PM activities with closed coordination with
staff.
* Provide support to staff to carry out all inspection recommendation in timely manner.
* Releases the plant equipment as per PM schedule and coordinate with staff
* Raise notification during silent hours or during emergency case.
* Prepare the equipment to the maintenance as per SHEMs guidelines & SOP
* Follow-up the maintenance activities in the field to avoid pending activities.
* Commission the equipment after the maintenance activity completion by following
applicable SOP.

* Manage the routine sample as per schedule.
TRAINING
* Develop IDP for shift and complete the process as per the competency gap in Jadarah
program and align with TRP
* Ensure that all Shift personals are trained for new or revised SOP as per SHME-03.01
requirement.
* Ensure JQP progress for all shift personnel as per guidelines
Close coordination with Training coordinator & Process trainer to meet the training objectives
* Engage shift supervisors with staff as per SABIC value to meet department KPI.
* Attend site induction training program for two weeks conducted by SADARA.
* Complete LCS ( Live critical safety ) for one week conducted by SADARA .
Project Participation for ABS ( Acrylonitril butadiene Styrene
* Preparation of ITB for every stage of project PDP, FEED & finally EPC of project &
participate for pre qualification review of technical proposals from selected bidders for
the project. As project is in bidding stage we do give clarifications to the queries from
bidders on Project scope of work & execution strategy
* Participate in technical meetings with Contractor & vendor for finalization of scope &
Process design of various systems or equipment’s.
* To participate in project related & other various safety reviews with Contractor.
* Per matrix, review and approval of Process discipline documents delivered from
Contractor like Design basis, utility balance, Battery limit conditions & flow, Heat &
Mass Balance, Reviewed P&IDs, Control narratives, Cause & effect matrix, ESD
philosophy PFDs, and MSDs for ABS PDP Package & FEED package with our Licensor,
