Tadbeir is a facilities and property management company established in 2014 by Alfozan Holding Company to manage their own properties. The company was acquired by Retal Urban Development in July 2017.


▪ Led the transformation of Tadbeir from an in-house service provider to fully integrated facilities management company of over 500 employees.
▪ Restructured the company’s business lines to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of existing departments to maximize financial performance, value and growth.
▪ Work directly with business lines heads and managers to delegate responsibilities to ensure continuing operations with increased productivity and maximized return on investments.
▪ Set, manage and execute strategic business plans & budgeting for the company.
▪ Negotiated, approved and oversaw major facilities management contracts with international and well-known companies as well as various governmental entities.
▪ Increased the total revenue by up to %300 by leveraging the business improvements and restructuring of the organization.
▪ Oversee the marketing research studies, business development, participation in regional forums, and enhancing the company’s brand identity.
